- Receiving and reviewing your sourcing and quotation requests and responding to you,
- Researching suitable sources of supply and preparing quotations,
- Carrying out contractual processes, where requested,

- Ensuring information security and the security of the website,
- Complying with legal obligations and providing information to authorised bodies.
4. Legal Grounds and Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated or partly automated means, through the request form on our website and channels such as email, phone and WhatsApp.
It is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK:
- (c) processing is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract, provided that it is directly related to it,
- (ç) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller,
- (f) processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
We do not ask for separate explicit consent for processing carried out to respond to your request.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to:
- our business partners and suppliers, to the extent necessary to prepare a quotation for your request,
- service providers from whom we receive website hosting, email and IT infrastructure services,
- authorised public institutions, where required by law.
Where our service providers’ servers are located outside Türkiye, transfers are carried out in line with the procedures set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and the retention periods set out in applicable legislation, and is then erased, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to the data controller to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information about the processing,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- request erasure or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- request that third parties to whom your data was transferred are notified of such correction, erasure or destruction,
- object to any adverse outcome resulting from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your data.
